    Rent our Cyc Wall. This area is great for photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, product shoots, etc.

    This area is equipped with a lighting grid and a sound-treated area.

    Sound Booth

    The Sound Booth is designed for voiceovers, podcasts, and video recordings.

    The space can be adapted for solo and guest interviews with audio and video gear.

    Background can be adapted for the white sound panels or brick walls.

    Equipped with audio, video, and lighting gear. Along with sound-treated walls to eliminate echo sounds.

    Camera and Audio Rental

    Rent our camera and audio gear. Projects could include interviews, podcasting, product photos and videos, voiceovers, etc.

    Cameras | We have Sony mirrorless cameras for photography and videography. - $60 per hour per camera

    Audio | gear includes shotgun mics, lavs, podcast mics, and recorders. $20 per hour per mic, recorder, etc.

    Overall, we can support full production camera, lighting, and audio needs.

    To use the camera and audio gear, we require an Evergreen Creative Company team member to operate/manage the gear. Operator fee is $45 per hour.

To reserve renting space, gear, and team members, please get in touch with us to book. Please see the requirements below to qualify. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Cyc Wall and Gear Information

The Cyc Wall includes the following features:

  • A lighting grid with lights will illuminate the cyc wall area. Does not include ground lighting, such as lights on C Stands.

  • iPad for the cyc wall lights with RGBW controls. For example, temperature and color customization.

  • Up to 3 C Stands are available to use.

Notes:

  • 10 people max allowed on the cyc wall area

  • This is a shared space. You will have exclusive access to your set space, but there might be other guests in nearby areas. Noise pollution is also a possibility. Please inquire if you would like a closed set or control over the noise or light level. You are more than welcome to play music; we just ask that it is kept at a respectful level. ​

  • You can only utilize the space or sets that are listed above. ​Other sets/set rooms can be added on for a discounted price after approval is given. Use or interaction of other sets/set rooms by you or your guest is an automatic additional charge. Automatic $250 charge.

Cyc Wall Maintenance:

The cyc wall gets a fresh coat of paint once a month, usually on the first Monday. If you would like a white, spotless floor, a fresh coat can be added for $100 if requested. Please request a photo of the cyc wall floor's current state. Mind, paint will need to be applied 24 hours before the appointment to allow it to dry.

Cleaning Fee:

  • Light scuffs: $25

  • Small dents, scrapes or like damage: $50

  • Repainting requirement: $100

  • Anything beyond listed above will be a custom quote.

Available Add-0ns:

Video and flash photography lights are available to rent. Rates are per session, per device. All gear is dependent on availability.

  • Video Light: $25 per light

  • Off-camera flash. You must provide your own trigger. We have Sony triggers available if rented with our gear: $20 per flash

    • Gear List: Flashpoint/Godox AD600, Flashpoint/Godox AD200, Flashpoint on-camera flash

  • Ultrabounce Floppy: $10

  • Pop-up backgrounds: $10

Sound Booth

The sound booth is designed to record various projects like podcasts, voiceovers, interviews, and more. We can adapt the space to accommodate the white sound panels or brick as a background.

The booth is equipped with lights, video, and audio gear. Depending on the project will determine what will be used. You are welcome to bring your own gear. There are rates to apply to using our gear or your gear.

The space is sound-treated with foam panels, carpet, and furniture.

BYOG: $40 per hour

Evergreen Gear: $70 per hour.

  • Video Gear: Blackmagic 4k studio and Blackmagic 4k Micro Studio cameras.

  • Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro SDI ISO. Ability to connect an SSD to record to with a Blackmagic Davinci Resolve Project file.

  • Amaran F22c Light Panel RGB with iPad control.

  • Podcast mics x2

  • Tascam Sound/Podcast Mixer Board

  • Production Time

  • Breakdown/Clean Up & Exit

Requirements

  • Insurance.

  • Waivers.

  • Break it you replace the item at full retail new cost.

  • Credit card on file.

  • The agreement form must be signed.

  • Evergreen Team Member onsite at rental time.

  • Balance must be paid to reserve the booking.

  • The memory card transfer fee is $15. You must provide your own hard drive to transfer to.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Full payment is required to reserve your rental. Your booking holds studio space, equipment, and any scheduled Evergreen team members exclusively for your reserved time.

Cancellations

Cancellation fees are based on when we receive your written request before the scheduled rental start time:

  • 7 days or more: A cancellation fee of 25% of the booking total applies. The remaining 75% will be refunded.

  • 48 hours to less than 7 days: A cancellation fee of 50% applies. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

  • Less than 48 hours or failure to attend: The booking is nonrefundable.

The booking total includes reserved studio space, equipment, and operator time. Separately approved custom preparation or third-party expenses already incurred are nonrefundable and will be itemized without duplicate charges.

Rescheduling

With at least 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once for a $45 fee, subject to availability. The replacement rental must take place within 30 days of the original rental date. Your original payment will transfer to the replacement booking.

Requests received less than 48 hours before the rental are treated as cancellations. A new booking and payment are required.

A rescheduled booking is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred again.

Late Arrivals & Early Departures

Your reserved time includes setup, production, breakdown, cleanup, and departure. Late arrivals do not extend the reservation. Unused time is nonrefundable.

Weather & Studio Closures

If Evergreen must cancel or the studio becomes unavailable or unsafe to access because of severe weather, an evacuation order, or a utility outage, you may choose a replacement date at no additional charge or a refund for services not provided.

Other weather-related requests follow the standard cancellation and rescheduling terms.
