Download your files ASAP. We are cleaning up our cloud storage.

Unfortunately, Google Drive is no longer supporting unlimited storage. Being that we are approaching our limit of 8TBs of storage, we need to clean up some space and use other means of managing online files. Please download any of your files that are being stored on our account. As much as we would love to be able to store your files on our account for life, we cannot sustain the monthly fees for all of our clients. We recommend storing your files on two or more physical hard drives along with your cloud services, such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

We are giving you until the end of April 2024 to allow you to download your files. If you need a new link to your files, please email us. Mind this only concerns files stored on Google Drive.

The main goal of this effort is to ensure that you have your own copies saved to your devices and cloud storage.

From this point on, we will share files through WeTransfer. The link shared is temporary, meaning you must download the files and not let them sit on our accounts. We also receive a notification when the files are downloaded, which ensures the handoff is complete.

Overall, this plan makes sure all files are handed off and stored appropriately.

If you would like us to continue storing your files on our Evergreen accounts, we will charge a $10 monthly fee per project.

We can place your files on a hard drive for you. We will provide a rugged, fast, solid-state drive for the following sizes and prices (subject to change depending on the market price). The pricing includes the hard drive and labor to transfer the files. The hard drives can be used with MacOS and Windows.

  • 500GB hard drive ($100)

  • 1TB hard drive ($120)

  • 2TB hard drive ($180)

If you want to provide your own hard drive, it must be an SSD and writable with MacOS.

Thank you for understanding this change in file management procedures. Our goal is to protect your valuable files and manage them fairly.
